How to do it:

1️⃣ Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds

.2️⃣ Hold your breath for 4 seconds.

3️⃣ Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 seconds.

4️⃣ Hold again for 4 seconds.

🔄 Repeat 4-5 times and feel the shift.


This simple practice lowers blood pressure, reduces cortisol, and slows your heart rate—giving your heart the break it deserves!


A Quick Self-Hypnosis Script for Heart-Centered Relaxation 🌀

Try this 60-second self-hypnosis exercise:


💆‍♀️ Find a quiet place to sit comfortably.

🌬 Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.

👀 Close your eyes and imagine a warm, golden light surrounding your heart.

💓 With each inhale, feel this light expanding—soothing, calming, and protecting your heart.🕊 Silently repeat to yourself:"With every breath, my heart beats in harmony. I am calm, I am safe, I am at peace."

After a minute, gently open your eyes and notice how much lighter you feel.
